We are very excited to offer daily programming up to 5X a week. These workouts are broken down into a WORKOUT OF THE DAY (or WOD) followed by a strength portion. Depending on your availability you can do Part 1 (WOD), Part 2 (Strength) or both. Part 1 and 2 together will take approximately 1 hour. We will offer substitutions for all exercises meaning if you don’t have dumbbells but have a barbell or sandbag you are still able to complete these workouts. There are three easy ways to pay for the daily programming a monthly plan, 3 months paid in full, or yearly paid in full. Workouts will be posted daily to a private Facebook group and you must be a paid member to be a part of this group. With every workout there is a PDF detailed workout and a video to guide you through each exercise.
