We know summer can be a busy time for everyone but that doesn’t mean we can’t get some movement in!

Our 6 week summer challenge is five 30 minute workouts per week. All you need is a set of dumbbells for each workout! You can bring them camping or even just out to the back yard! Let’s help keep each other accountable this summer!

-Challenge runs from July.18th-Aug.26th
