We are working hard to create a program that focuses on improving your fitness level and tasks in your every day life. We will combine our main three fitness tests (squat, deadlift, and bench press) with ALL NEW fitness tests for your balance, core, and endurance. We will have options for both gym and at home users!
The program will run from January.3rd tp February.27th. At home users will need a set of dumbbells to complete these workouts.
